Our church has been using Chrimata for over 3 years and I have nothing negative to say about it. The processing fees are the lowest I have seen and the fee structure is simple and straight forward, not like the confusing fee structure of our previous giving platform. It is very easy and convenient to use with multiple ways to give and has allowed members to maintain their giving even during the pandemic shutdowns. It has been easy for me to track and maintain the documentation I need to ensure accurate reporting and best of all, the customer service has been fantastic, responsive to our questions, concerns and interested in how we can be better served.

The search is over! Our ministry for the last three years was in a contractual agreement with a digital giving platform for which the processing fees, etc. became too costly to work with. Our search for a new digital giving platform led us to Chrimata; a giving platform with extraordinary financial benefits. We are projecting savings between $10,000.00 and $15,000.00 in our first year with Chrimata. Praise God! For the giver it is a welcoming platform that facilitates the opening of a new account with a variety of options to select from at their disposal including great staffsupport. For years we searched for a program that would give us the tools we needed to receive and track our donors as an itinerate ministry. Chrimata was the answer for us.
